The Sandbox is Spear’s selective entry point for handpicked founders and ideas. It is designed to validate concepts quickly and prepare them for their first external funding. Within three months, teams work intensively with Spear to pressure-test the idea, build an initial pitch deck, secure early partners, and pursue pre-seed funding. Once validated, the company is formally kickstarted as its own entity. While the Sandbox is structured for speed, the process is flexible to adapt to each founder’s strengths and circumstances.
